Conexkt Days: Reflecting on the role of innovation in 2020

At the end of 2020, our team wanted to take some time to reflect on innovation and empower our ecosystem with tools to adapt amidst these ever-changing environments. We hoped to help foster community connections and provide a platform for participants to network with fellow entrepreneurs, social innovators, scientists, and storytellers.

We created a personalized certificate of attendance for every participant

We designed a conference to bring together entrepreneurs, innovators, scientists, policymakers, and those interested in these topics an opportunity to ask questions and connect with other thought leaders. We believe that our diverse and dynamic group of speakers and panelists provided in-depth insights and actionable and practical tools for engagement, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The Conexkt Days took place between November 23-27, 2020,  featuring global speakers and participants from more than 12 countries. It was created to be a learning journey with short insightful presentations followed by interactive dialogue between the Conexkt team and other speakers, in which they shared their reflections on the state of innovation.

The topics discussed ranged from artificial intelligence to ethics and innovation. We were excited to bring together speakers and participants from around the world.

We were delighted with 19 speakers 5 days of learning, 184 participants from 12 countries, and 76 1-on-1 meetings.

During this learning journey, we were reminded never to doubt that a small group of thoughtful and committed citizens can change the world and that “when the winds of change blow, some people build walls, others build windmills.”

Our founding partner, Dr. Johann Roduit, had the privilege of facilitating the conversations between 18 incredible speakers and giving a 5 min recap of the week, which doesn't do justice to the depth of discussions shared during these 5 days.
