Conexkt recently published our latest toolkit, designed in collaboration with Dr. Annaële Hervé and Dr. Maurizio Caon from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO), detailing everything you need to know to transform your small to medium enterprise (SME) for a contemporary digital landscape.

Global retail e-commerce sales increased by nearly 30 per cent in 2020, estimates Insider Intelligence. And, even as vaccine rollouts allow for the re-emergence of brick-and-mortar business, the digital world is still dominating – online sales are expected to reach $5 trillion by 2022.
